Durante la semana del 14 de febrero y hasta el 04 de marzo estuvo de visita a Chile el crítico de Wine Advocate para Sudamérica Mathew Luczy.
Para la planificación del recorrido, él definió viñas que eran parte de su “wish list” donde figuraba Viñedos Orgánicos Veramonte.
La dinámica duró 1 hora y 30 minutos donde su foco fue degustar los vinos de la D.O. Casablanca y luego algunas otras alternativas de D.O. Apalta, dado que tuvo algo más de tiempo.
Fue recibido por nuestro enólogo Jaime Marchant, Gonzalo Morales, Viticultor y Jong Kim, Export Manager.
Partieron por un recorrido por el campo, donde se le explicó nuestra filosofía regenerativa orgánica y biodinámica para luego pasar a la degustación de 12 vinos correspondientes al portafolio de Viñedos Orgánicos Veramonte.

Al finalizar, mostró interés por degustar de Viña Neyen de Apalta las líneas Neyen Espíritu de APalta y sus variedades Blend 2021 y Malbec 2022, Primus Carmenere 2023 para terminar con Ancestral Cabernet Sauvignon 2023.
Se fue muy agradecido por la visita y siguió ruta según agenda.

During the week of February 14 through March 4, wine critic for South America at The Wine Advocate, Mathew Luczy, visited Chile.
For the tour planning, he selected wineries that were part of his “wish list,” which included Viñedos Orgánicos Veramonte.
The visit lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes, with a focus on tasting wines from the D.O. Casablanca, followed by additional selections from D.O. Apalta, as he had some extra time available.
He was welcomed by our winemaker Jaime Marchant, Gonzalo Morales, Viticulturist, and Jong Kim, Export Manager.
The visit began with a vineyard tour, where our organic, biodynamic, and regenerative philosophy was explained. This was followed by a tasting of 12 wines from the Viñedos Orgánicos Veramonte portfolio.

At the end of the tasting, he expressed interest in sampling wines from Viña Neyen (Apalta), including the Neyen Espíritu de Apalta line and its Blend 2021 and Malbec 2022, Primus Carménère 2023, concluding with Ancestral Cabernet Sauvignon 2023.
He left very appreciative of the visit and continued his journey according to his schedule.
